CaseCollect enables quotations to collected from visitors to the website. CaseCollect features include:

• Attractive pages which are easy and intuitive to use.

• Pages can easily be customised to match your existing website if required.

• All data entered by the client is validated before it is submitted to ensure nothing is left out.

• Data is typed in by the client and never needs to be typed again if the rest of the Case Family is used!

• Quotation requests are stored in a database on the server as a backup in case Internet problems prevent the e-mail and attached file from arriving.

• The quotation file is also duplicated and stored on the server for backup purposes.

• An acknowledgement e-mail is sent to the client as soon as the quotation request is submitted.

• Has an optional section for collecting mortgage requests which could be supplied as leads to an appropriate mortgage broker. (This part of the form can be hidden by "turning it off" if not required)

• A simple secure "Administration" page allows the site to be easily configured, including the text of the e-mail, which is sent to the client on submission of their request.
